ニシ浜ビーチ（波照間島）
八重山諸島屈指の美しさを誇る、波照間島のビーチ。ニシ浜の「ニシ」は「北」を指す方言で、島の北側に真っ白な砂浜が続きます。この島ならではの美しい海の色は 「波照間ブルー」と称され、独特の青い輝きを放ちます。
The beach of Hateruma Island is one of the most beautiful Yaeyama Islands. “Nishi” in Nishihama is a Okinawan language that refers to “north” although “Nishi” means west in Japanese, and white sandy beach continues on the north side of the island. The beautiful color of the sea unique to this island is called “Hateruma Blue” and gives off a unique blue glow.
