那覇市が発祥と言われるデザインマンホール。下水道に関心を持ってもらうために、浄化された水のなかで遊ぶ魚が描かれたことが始まりです。今では全国各地にご当地マンホールが設置されています。暮らしを支える水に思いを巡らせながら、マンホールめぐりを楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか？
This Design Manhole is said to have originated in Naha City. It all started with a cover picture of a fish playing in purified water to get people interested in the sewer.
