カイジ浜（竹富島）
竹富島のカイジ浜は、別名「星砂の浜」と呼ばれ、可愛らしい星型の砂が見つかることで有名です。潮の流れが速いため遊泳禁止ですが、木陰で海を眺めてのんびり過ごすことができます。木陰に設置された木のブランコは撮影スポットとしても人気です。
※拾った星砂は持ち帰れませんが、売店では星砂の入ったお土産品を販売しています。
Kaiji Beach on Taketomi Island is also known as “Hoshizuna (star-sand) Beach” and is famous for finding pretty star-shaped sands. Swimming is prohibited due to the fast tide, but you can relax and enjoy the view of the sea in the shade of the trees.
The wooden swing on the beach is a popular shooting spot.
*You cannot take home the star sand you pick up, but you can buy star sand-filled souvenirs at the store.
