平和祈念公園（糸満市）
「沖縄戦終焉の地」と呼ばれる本島南部・糸満市摩文仁の公園。戦没者を追悼し、平和を祈念し、戦争の歴史を語り継いでいくために整備されました。休日になると家族連れで賑わう遊具ゾーンもあり、市民の憩いの場となっています。
This is a park in Mabuni, Itoman City, in the southern part of the main island of Okinawa, called the “last place of the Battle of Okinawa.” The park was designed to memorialize the victims of the war, to pray for peace, and to pass on the history of
the war. The park has a playground zone that attracts families on holidays, and has become a place of recreation and relaxation for the citizens.
